Pikselöintisuodin muodostaa kuvan käyttämällä suuria väripalikoita. Se on hyvin samankaltainen verrattuna televisiossa nähtävään tehosteeseen, jossa sitä käytetään rikollisten peittämiseen oikeudenkäynnin aikana. Sitä käytetään ”Abraham Lincoln effect”: see [BACH04].

Block width, Block height

Here you can set the desired width and height of the blocks, in pixels.

Leveys ja korkeus ovat oletuksena linkitettynä, mikä näkyy ketjusymbolista syötelaatikkojen vieressä. Jos haluat asettaa leveyden ja korkeuden erikseen, niin paina ketjusymbolia erottaaksesi ne.

Size ratio X, Size ratio Y

Horizontal/Vertical size ratio (0.000-1.000) of a pixel inside a block. Default value is 1.000. The number of blocks remains the same; so, if you change ratio, block size changes, and missing pixels are replaced with the background color.

Background color

Default background is that of toolbox. You can change it by clicking on color source or picking a color using the color picker on the right.

Clipping

The result of this filter can be larger than the original image. With the default Adjust option, the layer will be automatically resized as necessary when the filter is applied. With the Clip option the result will be clipped to the layer boundary.
