col_blend()

void col_blend	(	glColour *	blend,
		const glColour *	fg,
		const glColour *	bg,
		float	alpha )

Blends two colours.

Parameters

[out]	blend	Stores blended output colour.
	fg	Foreground colour.
	bg	Background colour.
	alpha	Alpha value to use (0 to 1).

All values go from 0 to 1, except H which is 0-360.

[out]	c	Colour to be converted to from hsv.
	h	Hue to convert.
	s	Saturation to convert.
	v	Value to convert.
