Parameters

filepath	the path to the file to read from
schemapath	the path to the XML Schema file

create the xml header and root node

Parameters

node_name	the name of the rootnode to build
xmlns	the xml namespace prefix to add after XMLNS_BASE

bool write ( const QString & filepath )

write itself into a file
