This allows for applying an annotation filter to ProcessAnnotatedType. Sample usage:

     public void processWindowBeans(@Observes @WithAnnotation(WindowBean.class) ProcessAnnotatedType pat) {..}
 

This Extension method e.g. will get fired for all classes which have a @WindowBean annotation.
