A gtk+ based diagram creation program

Dia is a diagram creation program similar to Microsoft Visio.
It can be used to draw many different kinds of diagrams, including
UML static structure diagrams (class diagrams), network diagrams,
flowcharts, entity-relationship diagrams, and more.
Diagrams can be saved in a custom XML format and exported to
PostScript, SVG, PNG, and other formats.
